Uniform, Military

Creation Date
early 2010s
Hot weather Army uniform used by Nicholas Hasskamp in Afghanistan, who served from 2011-2016. The uniform uses the Multi-Cam pattern that the Army began using officially in 2010. The uniform consists of a top, pants, boxers with Kevlar pads to wear in combat, belt, socks and boots. The same T-shirt from 2018.4406.2 would have been worn with this uniform. He did not include a hat, as he said it was usually too hot to wear one most of the time. The top has Velcro patches for changing insignia. The insignia on the shirt is the 2nd Cavalry.
